\u96a8\u8457\u751f\u6d3b\u53ca\u98f2\u98df\u578b\u614b\u8b8a\u9077\u7684\u5f71\u97ff\uff0c\u570b\u4eba\u6cb9\u8102\u651d\u53d6\u6bd4\u4f8b\u8d8a\u4f86\u8d8a\u9ad8\uff0c\u6839\u64da2005-2008 \u53f0\u7063\u570b\u6c11\u71df\u990a\u5065\u5eb7\u72c0\u6cc1\u8b8a\u9077\u8abf\u67e5\u767c\u73fe\uff0c\u5728 19-64 \u6b72\u6210\u4eba\u8102\u80aa\u4f54\u71b1\u91cf\u7684\u767e\u5206\u6bd4\u70ba 31-32\uff05\uff0c\u5df2\u8d85\u904e\u885b\u751f\u798f\u5229\u90e8\u5efa\u8b70\u7684 30%\u3002\u800c\u9577\u671f\u651d\u53d6\u9ad8\u8102\u98f2\u98df\u6613\u9020\u6210\u80a5\u80d6\u3001\u5fc3\u8840\u7ba1\u75be\u75c5\u3001\u764c\u75c7\u7b49\u98a8\u96aa\u589e\u9ad8\uff0c\u4f46\u6cb9\u8102\u53c8\u5177\u6709\u4fdd\u8b77\u8207\u9694\u7d55\u4f5c\u7528\u3001\u63d0\u4f9b\u5fc5\u9700\u8102\u80aa\u9178\u3001\u904b\u9001\u8102\u6eb6\u6027\u7dad\u751f\u7d20\u7b49\u529f\u80fd\uff0c\u82e5\u904e\u5ea6\u9650\u5236\u6cb9\u8102\u7684\u651d\u53d6\uff0c\u4ea6\u6703\u5c0d\u8eab\u9ad4\u9020\u6210\u50b7\u5bb3\uff0c\u6545\u5982\u4f55\u8070\u660e\u9078\u64c7\u6cb9\u54c1\u662f\u975e\u5e38\u91cd\u8981\u7684\u3002
